An inviting apartment, set on the ground-floor of a modern building in Caswell, on the Gower Peninsula, this holiday home offers an idyllic family getaway. Situated less than 50 metres from the sandy stretches of the beautiful beach, the two-bedroom holiday home is exceptionally well placed for anyone seeking a bucket and spade break in South Wales. Paddle, swim and surf from the apartment, which captures stunning views across the beach towards the sea. Head into Mumbles, 2 miles away, to potter in the shops, dine out, and stroll along the pier. Swansea, 6.5 miles away, offers all the attractions of the big city, with its many shopping areas and leisure facilities.

Step into the apartment to find yourselves in an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Prepare delicious snacks and meals for your family in the kitchen area, and eat together at the charming dining table, surrounded by a mix of bench seating and chairs. Head over to the soft seating to find a family film to enjoy together on the Smart TV or simply lose yourselves in the gorgeous views for an hour or two. When it is time to lay your head on your pillow, there is a super-king-size bedroom, with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins by prior agreement, and a bunk bedroom. We love staying in this wonderful apartment its absolutely stunning, with its beautiful views and fantastic proximity to Caswell Beach its perfect for our family. Its in a great location for exploring the local area and the accessing the Mumbles for shops, restaurants and a lovely play area for the kids close by. Our apartment is in an amazing, beautiful location which is perfect for beach sports and young families. The nearby amenities and beaches are fabulous, we have been staying in this apartment for many years now and overall the price and location is perfect.

Beatiful views of Caswell Bay where you can watch the surfers enyoying the waves. Nice decor,clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and chairs. Superking bed is a very tight fit and needs to be made up as 2 singles if you want a bedside table and ease of movement. There are 7 steps down to the front door which it does not show in the photos and Read morecar has to be parked at the bottom away from the appartment. Hide

Our second time at this apartment and what a fabulous makeover since last November. It's like being in a swanky hotel! The view is fabulous. We spent hours in the sea boarding, kayaking and supping. We don't need anything else. Already booked to come back in 2 months time. Thanks for providing such wonderful accommodation

I can honestly say that the property I stayed in last week was truly exceptional. It was beautifully clean, all equipment was of a high standard but best of all ........... the view. Having the relaxing chair positioned in the large open window was perfect. I could not have wished for a more pleasant few days to kick back and just 'chill out'.
