Loved the cottage, it has all we needed and was wonderfully close to the coast path. Owners are easy to communicate with and kind.

Stayed at Shicley with my partner and two dogs. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The dogs loved it, particularly the grassy area outside to run around. Short walk to Trefin beach and coastal path, or to the village.

Cottage was fine but lacking in a few things: No bath mat - as there is no shower you have to stand in the bath and it is very slippery. Lack of recycling info. Most cottages supply a few logs for the fire - there was nothing and no poker et. for the firez

Lovely cottage and it had everything we needed including swings for the kids. The host were super responsive and friendly. The one thing I would say is the sound travels up to the top floor when trying to get the kids to sleep but that was a miner thing.

Beautiful location and cottage was well equipped and comfortable with plentiful hot water and a lovely wood burner. Only complaint was that the bed felt damp, and it was therefore not a pleasant place to sleep.

Property was as expected by your description online. However, the property just needs a proper shower and new 3 seat sofa. every other aspect of the holiday was great.

I marked down the equipment as we didnt find a torch or candles and knowing from previous stays nearby, we have had times with electric out, last year we spent an evening at a very nearby cottage in darkness as electric off but thankfully they had lots of candles there. I also found the settee to be a sink hole that was hard to get out of so not veRead morery comfortable. It would also be a bonus to have a spare toilet roll as we ran out. The picnic bench in garden is broken, not attached underneath so didnt feel safe to use. other than that the cottage was wonderful and even when the boiler broke it was repaired within a few hours, great hosts and the best welcome package we have ever received, they went above and beyond, it was most appreciated, we would be more than happy to return.
