This beautiful, contemporary bungalow on the edge of Saundersfoot provides an ideal base for families looking to get away and enjoy the south Wales coast. Sitting just behind the main area of Saundersfoot, it’s close enough to the local amenities, but far enough from the bustle to enjoy the calm and quiet. The village and beach are just three-quarters of a mile away, giving you access to the bay and quaint harbour. Saundersfoot is home to many shops, cafes and eateries, giving you plenty of choice if you want a cooking-free holiday. Further afield, the town of Tenby, which sits on the Bristol Channel, is 4 miles to the south where you can enjoy the sandy beaches and picturesque harbour, while a little further still is the idyllic Bosherston Lily Ponds, 16 miles away. For the more adventurous, Oakwood Theme Park is just 9 miles to the north, with rides and attractions suitable for the whole family.

After a day of fun, this inviting bungalow provides the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The lounge is a welcoming space, with two comfortable sofas, a TV (with SKY Sports & Cinema package), DVD and Blu-ray player, DAB digital radio and CD player so you won’t be short of entertainment in the evening. The contemporary kitchen/diner is extremely well-equipped and has everything you need to cook fantastic meals as though you were in your own kitchen, plus there’s a breakfast bar to perch at if the chef of the party wants some company. The open-plan dining room connects to the kitchen, with a table and chairs to fit six. There’s also a handy utility which has French doors out to the garden. When it’s time for bed, you can choose from one of the three bedrooms – a king-size, twin and a single - all of which have warm, attractive appeal that oozes comfort and style. A modern family bathroom and separate utility room completes this incredible level-access home.

But the inside isn’t the only place you’ll enjoy, as outside is just as stylish. An enclosed, paved garden awaits at the rear, with furniture and BBQ for a spot of outdoor cooking. A raised, lawned area, separated by fencing, is also accessible, as is the garage, which contains a multi-games table, as well as providing ample storage space.

From October 1st 2023 this property will accept one well behaved dog.

Lovely located bungalow, 10 minutes walk from beach, sky package and car park ticket and welcome pack was a nice touch. Well equipped and good information book. Our 3rd visit here would definitely recommend

The house was beautiful and very easy to find - exactly as described. The only reason for lower score in comfort is because of the curtains (non-dark or blackout which means a very early wake up call and late night) and there was no oil for cooking. Otherwise we were really happy with our stay and the property, and we are hoping to return again aRead morenother time! Hide

Mainly very good but main bathroom was not clean at all, smelled terrible. No cleaning products, washing up liquid or cloths. Only one food compost bag. But overall comfortable bungalow in good location

Great location. just a short walk to everything that Saundersfoot has to offer. Property met our needs and has everything you could want, however could have done with some attention to detail cleaning.
