It was a lovely place and close to beaches at Tresaith, Llangranog and Aberporth. I would have no hesitation recommending it to others. Only one point to note is that that far corner of the decking where covered by trees is extremely slippery when damp or wet causing one fall and one near fall. Maybe jet wash then treat with non slip coating.

We were six adults and two dogs. Very comfortable house and very well equipped throughout. Hot tub was a bonus in the back garden. Bedrooms are very spacious and plenty of drawers and hangers in the wardrobes. Back garden very secure for the dogs. Dog towels and rugs provided, and a hose for muddy paws if needed in the garden. Place was lovely. Two criticisms would be 1 have to take the laundry off the beds 2 the crazy waste rules. Probably not owners fault, but crazy nevertheless

Our group was 7 adults, an 8 month baby and two lively retrievers. Ty Nant coped with all our needs, it was better than we could have hoped. The garden was ideal for the dogs as it was totally enclosed and sitting in it in the morning was wonderful listening to the birds singing and the brook babbling and we made use of the hot-tub - an extra, butRead more worth it. The beach was a short walk away down a hill. Inside the house, was loads of living space. A high-chair was provided for the baby, together with a cot and stair gates (all free) which were key in preventing the dogs going upstairs as well as preventing the baby from falling down the stairs. The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of hangers supplied, draw space was also excellent. The two en-suites and a further bathroom made morning ablutions very easy with no queues! The kitchen was well supplied and we were delighted that there was enough crockery and cutlery to have more than one meal. Many places provide only as many crockery or cutlery items as the maximum guest capacity of the house. Our group agreed that this house deserved 5 stars plus out of 5. It's position is superb it is very well equipped, even down to towels and seat protectors for the dogs to cuddle up on the sofa without doing any damage. In the whole week we could not think of anything that we missed in the house. Hide

Ty Nant was perfect for us. So well equipped and beautiful outdoor space. We did feel that the use of the hot tub should have been included in the price and definitely that the 100 charge was too high. The property was superficially clean but the blinds were very dusty and the showers need a good clean.

Excellent property and good all round furnishings and facilities. The arrival e-mail suggested there would be Welsh Cakes and flowers in the property but these weren't present when we arrived.
