A bright, coastal apartment overlooking Caswell Bay in South Wales, this one-bedroom property is ideal for couples or friends. Sleeping two guests, it offers flexible sleeping arrangements and is in an exceptional location just 50 metres from the beach. Ideal for anyone wishing to explore the Gower Peninsula, it sits right on the coast path and is well-located for other picturesque beaches where you can also swim and surf, including Langland Bay, 1.5 miles away, Three Cliffs, 6 miles away, and Oxwich Bay, 9 miles away. Treat your loved one to a meal out in one of the many different eateries in Mumbles, 2 miles away, or head into Swansea, 6.5 miles from the apartment, for an even broader choice.

Make your way up to the third floor of the seafront building and enter your apartment to find it has sun-filled accommodation with underfloor heating and an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which takes in the sea views. The dining table sits between the cosy and compact kitchen area and the floor-to-ceiling windows, with doors leading out to the balcony. Relax in the lounge area on the sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed, in front of the TV or a DVD. Here you’ll also find a flame effect electric fire. The apartment also has a refreshing shower room, and the bedroom features a super-king-size bed that can be made up as twins by arrangement at the time of booking. A window allows you to look out from the bedroom through the lounge to the sea beyond.

Look out across the beach and bay from the balcony on warm days. Carry your meals out to the table and enjoy a bottle of wine in the fresh air on summer evenings.

Lovely apartment with unbeatable sea views. Clean and well equipped with modern appliances. Parking in front of the property in large car park. Ideal location for visiting all parts of the Gower.

The apartment is in a great location. Caswell Bay is such a beautiful place which changes with the tide. The view is wonderful & overall it is a really nice place for a relaxing holiday. The Welsh cakes and milk were much appreciated.

Great location and fantastic views. The apartment is well equipped although we had to move furniture around in order to use the dining table. Comfortable bed and good shower. Easy access to the coast path and beach. A nice place to come back to at the end of a day.

January visit 2025. Outstanding sea front location , safe on site parking and glorious view of beach from lounge diner of apartment . Wonderful coastal walk to The Mumbles literally on door step. The peace and quiet was most restorative . However the apartment needs over haul in terms of cleanliness , kitchen ware , bedding and storage .

A very comfortable flat for 2 in a great location. View and access to Caswell Bay was perfect. We would recommend the flat and hope to come again. The owner very kindly called to give us instructions to access the car park and flat.

Unbeatable view of Caswell Bay, with very large comfortable bed for when you eventually tire of it each day. Whilst Redcliffe Apartments arent very attractive on the outside, theres nothing better than being on the inside looking out.

The apartment was larger than the photographs indicate. Loved the windows in the bedroom (other apartments on same block do not have them). Views from the balcony are wonderful. The traffic gates at top of drive are major improvement and provide extra security for vehicles.

Lovely accommodation with a stunning view! Caswell Bay is a great beach with coastal walks on either side. If you want to explore Gower then this is the ideal place!
