It is also just 2 miles from the village of Mumbles, with its array of independent shops and boutiques, as well as cafes and restaurants. Head into the city of Swansea, 6.5 miles away, for an even broader selection. Keen walkers might like to follow the 40-mile Gower Coast Path or hike along Cefn Bryn, 11 miles away, which takes in panoramic views across the peninsula.

Venture up to the third floor of the building and let yourselves into the apartment to find a sumptuous interior with stylish decor and underfloor heating. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has large glass doors that frame the beautiful views and can be pulled open so you can wander out on to the balcony. Settle on the comfy sofa to watch TV, listen to music or chat about your day. Prepare delicious meals in the chic kitchen area, then set the table for a candle-lit dinner for two. The location is key to this apartment, being right on a beautiful sandy beach that is perfect for children from 0 to much much older!!

Fabulous apartment in a stunning location. Apartment building looks tired outside and in public areas but the apartment itself was lovey.

Scores say it all, just wish we didn't have to come back. Only point I would make is that it is a bit of an inconvenience having to take the key back to your office in the Mumbles when we were heading in the opposite direction.

We were overall delighted with everything, the only issue we experienced were non residents using the private carpark making it difficult to park on occasions, perhaps the security gate could be repaired!

Everything perfect, apart from the cleaning. The majority of the apartment was pretty clean, however the draws had hair and dust and underneath the recliner was full up of wrappers and other types of rubbish and dust. It would not prevent me from staying here again. Just thought I would like to point it out as the majority and most important parts Read moreof the apartment were very clean and comfortable. The view is outstanding and couldn't find a better way to spend my break. Hide

Beautiful apartment well equipped to a high standard. 24/7 sea views perfects to watch the tide from the balcony.
