This light and airy one-bedroom apartment is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with an uninterrupted view of Caswell Bay and private access to its golden sandy beach.  It is only a short journey to the village of Mumbles which is home to stylish shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants.  It is also on the coastal path of the gorgeous Gower Peninsular, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with its fabulous beaches and countryside.

The kitchen/diner is very well equipped with cooker, washing machine and tabletop dishwasher and seating for 6. There is a good size open-plan living area with a large comfy sofa-bed. The bedroom has a pair of stacking single beds ( that can be used as one bed or two) and a set of fullsize single bunk beds.  The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Free wifi throughout.

The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September) making it an ideal family holiday location. There are various kiosks offering food and beach games and the popular Surfside Cafe as well as changing facilities.

The village of Mumbles is just a 5 minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops boutiques and restaurants. The city of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.

Bedroom 1: 2 x single beds and a set of bunk beds.

Bathroom: Shower, WC and basin.

Sleeps 4 2: 1 Twin  1 Bunk (same bedroom), 1 Double sofa bed (lounge)

C/O day - Sat. Electric heaters. Bed linen & towels provided for the single and bunk beds only (linen only provided for sofa bed, NO towels). Telephone. WiFi. Duvet & pillows provided for sofa bed. Full sea view. Off road parking. No pets. No smoking. No Lift 16 steps down to apartment
