The Victorian property enjoys a prime location, right in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Mumbles. The house accommodates six guests and is ideal for large families and groups of friends. You’ll be perfectly placed for exploring the village’s fantastic array of independent boutiques and galleries and will have a plethora of eateries on your doorstep, many of which serve delicious seafood and local produce. The 12th-century Oystermouth Castle is just 300 metres from the house. Perched high on the hillside, the castle boasts stunning views over the village and is a lovely spot for an afternoon stroll or a picnic. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches. As well as the small, sheltered beach at Mumbles, you’ll also have the vast expanse of sand at Langland Bay and the picturesque pebble cove at Bracelet Bay within 2 miles of the property.

The mid-terrace holiday home has been decorated in a contemporary style, with clean, crisp lines and little pops of colour. Period features, such as ornamental fireplaces, have been beautifully incorporated into the design to create a home full of character and personality. On the ground floor is a vast lounge with a choice of seating areas. There is a Smart TV/DVD so you can enjoy movie nights together, and also a gaming space with an additional TV and Xbox. The light and bright kitchen/diner is also located on the ground floor and has a dining table to seat everyone as well as direct access to the garden for al fresco dining. Heading to the first floor, you’ll discover two inviting bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – as well as the family bathroom, with its magnificent free-standing bath. The final bedroom is set in the eaves on the second floor. This cosy room makes a great hideaway for children seeking a little independence during the holiday (just watch out for the restricted head height).

Outside, discover a secluded L-shaped courtyard with outdoor furniture. This is a lovely, quiet spot to relax at the end of a busy day. From the garden, you can access the garage, where you’ll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, and WC. There is also a handy outdoor shower for freshening up after a day at the beach.

The house was ok for two of us. It's well equipped although The downstairs shower is in the yard. Good after the beach.

A cosy, well equipped,clean and spacious terrace house near to the heart of lovely Mumbles. We would certainly stay again if the opportunthy arises.
