Situated 0.5 miles from Pennard, known for its golf course, the holiday home is 1 mile from the sandy beach at Pobbles Bay, and 1.5 miles from spectacular Three Cliffs, which is popular with surfers. Venture 5 miles into Mumbles to enjoy its independent shops and eateries, as well as its pier, and head 8 miles into Swansea to make the most of the city’s attractions, including its shopping areas, theatres and cinemas.

Step into the property and be greeted by the underfloor heating. On this floor you'll find and find the first two bedrooms, a double, with en-suite wet room, and a twin, together with a family shower room. Follow the stone, spiral staircase up to the first floor living area. Make a cup of fresh coffee in the kitchen/diner to enjoy as you prepare dinner for your party, then call them through to dine at the table which seats 8. Take a few steps down into the first lounge, where you can pull the bi-folding doors back on to the garden on warmer days. Watch TV, play bar billiards or read quietly in here, or head through to the second lounge to light the wood burner and watch TV. French doors in this space open on to the decked terrace. Head up to the second floor of the mill to find the sumptuous king-size bedroom, which has a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Spill out into the gated garden to dine out on the terrace, play games on the artificial lawn or relax in the hot tub or sauna. The kitchen and glasses were all soaking wet when we arrived. The pictures didnt show that there was a steep spiral staircase running through the middle of the property which was a worry for our toddler. Other than that we had a really lovely holiday and really enjoyed the facilities.

The outside water tap wasn't turned on and there was no hose attached so we could top up the hot tub. The key to the cwtch could not be found so we could turn on the sauna. Both matters were solved after a call to the company. Also a sewage smell was reported in the downstairs ensuite. There was no welcome pack provided and no bags for us to place Read morelinen and towels when departing. Hide
