This contemporary two-bedroom apartment offers a fantastic base for exploring Mumbles, an eclectic and exciting village on the vibrant Swansea Bay. Just 4.5 miles from Swansea city centre and with the Gower AONB on your doorstep (3 miles), a stay in this attractive apartment offers you the opportunity to enjoy coast, country and city life from one day to the next. Surf lovers will be keen to head to Caswell Bay Beach (1.5 miles), a nearby sandy spot with excellent swell and a beach café for fuelling up after hitting the waves. Venture deep into the peninsula to discover 39 miles of clifftop scenery and beaches, as well as rural attractions including the dramatic Pennard Castle (5 miles) and the legendary King Arthur’s Stone atop Cefyn Bryn Common (12 miles).

Benefiting from an elevated position, this first-floor apartment offers far-reaching views out to sea and over the Mumbles rooftops. Enter into the spacious hallway on the ground floor and make a beeline for the upstairs open-plan living space from which to admire the view. Decorated in cool and contemporary shades of grey, this kitchen/diner/lounge provides a truly calming space to unwind during your downtime. Sink into cushy sofas and switch on the TV to rest and recharge after long days of activity. Next door to the lounge sits the first of two king-size bedrooms, a minimalistic space with a stylish feature fireplace and exposed brickwork. The second bedroom can be found up an additional flight of stairs in an attic room with fitted skylights. This second storey also offers a family bathroom, a modern addition with trending tiles and the luxurious touch of a stand-alone roll-top bath.

Owing to its central location, this first-floor apartment doesn’t offer any outdoor space. The closest beach is 1 mile away.

A good location above a shop also owned by the same people. Comfortable, warm & clean - we enjoyed our stay very much. The furniture and fridge are different to the photos but same spec. Great little pub 50yds away. Lots of walks nearby and a castle. Great fish & chips from Johnnie's approx a 10 min brisk walk. About the same to the Mumtaz Indian oRead moren the main bay road. Lots of shops nearby, again approx 10 mins, some of which are independent - nice to see. Rhosilli bay is a must - on the other side of the Gower, approx 15 miles. Plenty of buses to Swansea on the bay road. Local bus stops outside the shop. Would recommend. Enjoy ! Hide
