Fusty smell in property.Very poor outside area awful drain smell. Television reception poor picture breaking up. General updating paint front door. Replace table.

The apartment is advertised as all on one level. This is not strictly true as there are 2 small steps to the bathroom/bedroom. This could be misleading to anyone that has a disability and cannot manage steps. My wife is disabled but could manage with a struggle. Also the floor near the back door is very unstable and needs repairing sooner rather thRead morean later. We were wary of standing on it just in case in sunk. Hide
