This splendid two-storey cottage, close to the popular shops of Mumbles, is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing or active holiday, close to the sea and an easy drive from the attractions of Swansea and the Gower Peninsula. Families, water sports enthusiasts and walkers will be pleased to know that, in addition to Mumbles Beach, there are three other beautiful beaches within 2 miles of the cottage: Langland Beach (1 mile) which is great for surfers, plus Rotherslade Beach (1 mile) and Caswell Bay (2 miles). Alternatively, you can visit the famous Stepping Stones (8 miles) or follow the walking trails and woodland tracks of Penllergaer Valley Woods (9 miles).

An inviting Victorian mid-terrace house, this home from home has lovely decor and many thoughtful touches that enhance the feeling that this place is perfect for spending time together. The lounge area boasts a TV and comfortable two-seater and three-seater sofas, while the dining area has an ornamental fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. On the first floor, there's a split-level landing and three bedrooms: one double with a TV and an interconnecting door to a second bedroom with a single bed, and finally a twin bedroom. A bathroom completes this pretty cottage near the sea.

Outside, enjoy the private courtyard garden which has a decked area and furniture for relaxing on fine days.

Property cleanliness was generally ok, but front bedroom pedal bin had not been emptied and there was a dog toy under the window sofa covered in about a years dust. Also obvious it had not been vacuumed there for a very long time
