This three-storey, end of terrace cottage makes a lovely retreat for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy the delights of Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula. Located in an elevated position in the village of Newton, which sits inland and uphill from Mumbles, the property has all the basics at your fingertips, including a pub, a newsagent/convenience store, and a fabulous local butcher/deli nearby. From here it’s just a mile downhill to the cosmopolitan resort of Mumbles, with a beach, a castle, a Victorian pier, and a variety of shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. The beautiful beaches at Langland Bay (0.5 miles) and Caswell Bay (1 mile) are within easy reach, while the region acts as the gateway to the Gower Peninsula, a 19-mile stretch of coast with stunning beaches, dramatic landscapes and some fascinating history to discover. If the city is calling, Swansea is just 5 miles around the bay.

Set on a slight incline, this is a spacious and comfortable property that’s thoughtfully laid out for up to ten guests. There’s a light and bright lounge with a variety of relaxing sofas and a TV/DVD for cosy nights in.
