This modern third-floor apartment, within the gated Marina Villas development, offers very comfortable accommodation for two people, making it a great option for a couples’ city break. In the heart of Swansea, it’s also a great base for exploring the Gower with its spectacular beaches. On Swansea’s seafront promenade, it is possible to walk 5 miles all the way to Mumbles Head, for instance. Swansea itself is full of fantastic cafes, restaurants and shops.

The apartment is arranged over one floor and can be accessed via the apartment block’s lift. Inside, the bedroom has a double bed, TV and views across the river, while the bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. Step into the open-plan living area, a social space with the kitchen benefiting from many integrated appliances and a coffee machine. Meals cooked in the kitchen can be enjoyed around the dining table which has four chairs. Finally, in the living area is a two-seater sofa and an easy chair plus a TV and DVD player.

There are doors from the living area to one of the apartment's best features - its balcony terrace. It has a bistro set of tables and chairs to enjoy the riverside view while you dine alfresco.

A spacious well equipped apartment overlooking the Maria lock, which is active from 7.15am till dusk. Excellent location in the Marina with many restaurants to walk to nearby and for exploring both Swansea city and the Mumbles.

The property is in an excellent position with a number of very good restaurants nearby. Nice caf on the ground floor. Great views from the balcony. Constant alarms from the lock took a bit of getting use to. Agents poor at dealing with problems

We had a wonderful time. Fantastic Location, overlooking Swansea Marina. It was great to sit and have breakfast on the balcony. Beautiful Swansea Bay is just 5 minutes walk. Secure gated parking was a bonus. Ideal location for The mumbles and exploring the Gower Peninsula.

Lovely top floor flat with interesting view, close to Marina facilities. Warning - harbour entrance lock gate has an alarming siren that can go off quite early in the morning - not a place for a lie-in!
