This unique and character-filled cottage is located right in the heart of the popular Gower village of Mumbles in an elevated position overlooking Swansea Bay. A former fisherman’s cottage, the property offers home-from-home accommodation for a family or group of four. Situated close to the independent shops, eateries and bars of Mumbles, it’s a beautiful base from which to explore the picturesque Gower Peninsula. Coastal lovers will relish the opportunity of exploring the many noteworthy nearby beaches, including Langland Bay and Rotherslade which are both under 1 mile away. The city of Swansea is under 5 miles away.

The ground floor of this charming cottage features a tastefully decorated living and dining room centred around a cosy wood burner and a well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen. The calming family bathroom is located on the same floor. The property’s two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom opens up to a roof terrace overlooking the seafront. The second bedroom is a twin and is bright and spacious.

I would recommend the cottage. Really cosy and amazing views. Lovely to be able to walk down to the seafront bars and restaurants in five minutes.

It was our first time in The Mumbles. The cottage was beautiful with lovely views of the bay and the weather was perfect. Would recommend it to anyone! I will certainly be visiting again in the future.

Lovely cottage, well equipped extremely comfortable beds. views from the garden and balcony were amazing .the downfall was the lack of parking other wise we couldn't fault it, our only downfall was having to leave after 2 days because of a family bereavement and not being able to stay the whole week

Lovely cottage, fully equipped with everything we needed. Fantastic wooden floors throughout, lovely comfortable beds. Amazing roof terrace with a great view and another great view of the beach from an area at the back of the garden. Everything you need is within walking distance. If you walk into town, the road is very steep coming back up anRead mored narrow for driving up. Hide

Lovely holiday home with good access to shops and restaurants in the Mumbles. Comfortable beds , well equipped kitchen ,good WiFi,nice neighbours. Great balcony off main bedroom with sea views. Support team very helpful. On a very steep hill,we parked our car on Higher Lane which was only a couple of minutes walk using the cut through passage.

A great well equipped cottage with stunning views in a lovely town. Very good for access to both wonderful walks and a variety of shops and restaurants. You need a certain level of fitness to walk up and down the hill from the main shops to the property and parking on the street was almost impossible but this did not put us off.

Such a wonderfully relaxing cottage to stay in. Everything to make your visit a true holiday was provided; from an exceptionally comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen, this really was a home from home. Highly recommend a late nightcap on the roof terrace overlooking the bay. The Mumbles at night is stunning!

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and everything you need for a great holiday. Access a bit tricky for a 4x4 but managed to park in roads nearby to avoid using the narrow one way road to cottage so not a problem. Xx
