Occupying a convenient spot on the edge of Pennard Golf Club, this delightful property is ideal for four guests exploring the southern coast of the Gower. Pobbles Bay is just a mile away, a secluded sandy beach with dunes and limestone cliffs. The beautiful Three Cliffs Bay is also just a mile away. The cottage is set in a fantastic spot with King Arthur’s Stone, Cathole Cave, the Gower Heritage Centre, Mumbles Beach, Oxwich Bay Beach and Langland Bay all within 8 miles. The vibrant city of Swansea is 8 miles to the east, with an array of great pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions including Plantasia, Swansea West Pier, the National Waterfront Museum and the Dylan Thomas Centre.

Entering this cheery property you will find the colourful and relaxing lounge/diner which features a bay window overlooking the front garden. With a high ceiling and plenty of seating, the lounge is an ideal space to unwind in, and the dining area is nicely placed in the alcove of the window. An additional breakfast table can be found in the sweet, country-style kitchen. The Exchange is a lovely property, slightly worn/dated in parts, but very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic - a short walk to some really beautiful coast. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, and the shower is incredible. Great stay!

I have based answers on the price we paid for the cottage which was relatively cheap compared with other properties in the same area. The only real issue we had was that we felt the bathroom could do with some tlc.

A nice cosy little house in a friendly village with many scenic walks right from the doorstep. The pub opposite the house is very welcoming & pleasant. The garden is properly enclosed & thus perfect for a dog.
