This Victorian, mid-terraced cottage with a sleek interior in the Mumbles is ideal for a couple or small family seeking a unique seaside getaway. Located in the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this property is surrounded by scenic walking routes and idyllic beaches – Langland Bay and Bracelet Bay are both 1 mile away. Additionally, Mumbles has an array of incredible eateries, serving up freshly caught seafood, a well-known Victorian pier, a 12th-century castle and plenty of fun family attractions.

Step inside the cottage and find yourself in the comfortable living area. This space is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light flooding in through the large sash window. Relax on one of the sofas or the armchair, put on the Smart TV and watch a film on the Blu-ray player. Or, choose from one of the games provided and get competitive with your guests under the glow of the living flame effect electric fire. Continue into the dining area, where a contemporary table and chairs await for enjoying special home-cooked meals. The kitchen area is sleek and minimalist, with blue cabinets and white surface tops, while the Nespresso machine promises to be the perfect way to start your day. A truly unique and memorable part of the kitchen is the illuminated rock feature. Climb the stairs to reach the first floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The master bedroom is stylish and tranquil with a king-size bed, TV, large sash window and an en-suite with a rainfall shower and WC. Inside the cosy second bedroom, there are two single beds which can convert into a king-size on request.

Fantastic house. Excellent location, and so well set up for a holiday. Great to have two bathrooms, the facilities were above what we normally see in a holiday let. It was the third time we have been to Mumbles and the only house we would stay in again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the interior, spotlessly clean, wonderful location. Had our bus passes so used the local transport - no problem. Weather was great. An enjoyable holiday
