The Coach House is a light, bright and open plan coastal apartment with sea views overlooking the magnificent Langland Bay. Presented to a high standard the apartment offers an allocated parking space a beautifully appointed and contemporary styled kitchen and bathroom and a spacious living area.

The Coach House is located moments from the coastal path and Langland Bay with it's Surfside cafe, Langland Brasserie, tennis courts and the picturesque Langland Bay Golf Course.

En Suite: Shower cubicle, bath, basin and WC.

External: Use of the communal garden. Table and chairs on the balcony. 1 allocated parking space.

A lovely apartment in a perfect setting offering stunning views plus easy access to the coastal path. Also only a 5 minute walk to a delightful restaurant.

Stayed here end of April 26 for our 35th anniversary. Normally do country cottage style so this modern apartment was very different for us. Beautiful view across the bay and a good slice of a little bay/sea view from the bedroom. The sun comes round to the balcony afternoon/evening. This is a good place to explore the Gower from. Mumbles is 7 mins Read moreby car or walk costal path. Pull out from the car park with a little caution. Inside the large bedroom has a comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom, well what more do you need! Good size lounge/diner and the tiled floor didnt feel cold. Comfortable seating in and out. Fully equipped kitchen which you step down in to. Second toilet inside front door next to another small room with washing machine. Yes, we will stay here again as it had exactly what we wanted if you all dont book it first! Hide

Lovely location. Lovely views. Within walking distance of the beach and coastal path, with cafes and a nice restaurant on the beach. Nice parking space. We did have a problem as there was building work going directly outside the apartment with an adjacent building being refurbished. However the owners were unaware that this was happening and were hRead moreappy to resolve the situation. I dont think the builders have too much more to do. The Coach House, Apartment 6, is a modern conversion of the upper floor of an outbuilding with panoramic views of Langland Bay. The finish is to a high standard with a modern kitchen and comfortable living area with good quality satellite TV and broadband.

We stayed in the flat at the end of November. It really has a "wow" factor when you open the front door. It is modern and minimalist but has everything you need to enjoy a week's holiday in Langland Bay. The views are amazing and it is easy to imagine sitting on the balcony on a summer's evening and drinking in the view with a glass of wine in handRead more. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is lots of hanging space and drawer space. The kitchen has everything you need and like the rest of the flat was scrupulously clean. The flat is very convenient for the beach and there are a few coastal walks you can do without driving. We walked into Mumbles and around the bay to the lighthouse. The outstanding USP of this property is the superb panoramic view of Langland Bay from the two easy chairs looking out of the floor to ceiling picture windows. Many happy hours were spent just watching the world go by from this fabulous vantage point. The apartment is ultra-modern, so lacks cosiness, but it very spacious and furnished to a good staRead morendard. The description of the property lacks some important details such as: there is a good microwave in the kitchen, the outside steps to access the apartment are steep and there are two internal steps also, the shower is extremely compact (as mentioned by others) and the space to squeeze in through the shower doors is very narrow., also in the bathroom there is no shaver point. These issues did not prevent us from enjoying our holiday, but it's always good to know these things prior to making a booking. Hide

A nice property in a great location. A bit expensive but if you want a smart, modern place in an ideal position it doesn't come cheap. The property is in a perfect location. The beach and cost path can be reached via a gate at the bottom of the communal 'garden'. Mumbles is a mile away by road, or 2.5 via the beautiful cost path. There are plentRead morey of good eateries in Mumbles. We enjoyed very good food at La Dolce Vita, The Mediterranean and Gin & Tapas The property is very modern and nicely equipped. Lovely accommodation nicely decorated with everything you want for your stay comfortable seating and bed very good slept like a log all week the views are wonderful of Langland Bay and nice walks . Bathroom very modern shame about shower quite small but great bath.We had a great holiday definitely recommend this property.

This is a lovely flat in a fabulous location. Its well equipped with a lovely shower! The living area was super comfy with recliners overlooking the bay. Overall mixed feelings.

The property is excellently located close to the beach, cliff walks, cafes & bistros and 20 mins walk into Mumbles town centre. We hardly used the car all week. Such a variety of activities without being commercialised. Any budding golfers must visit Langland Golf Club, rated one of the best in the land. This is a lovely spacious apartment, very well appointed, with beautiful views across the bay and the golf course beyond. We found the bed comfy with nice white linen. If you like a bath then this is the place for you as it has a huge bath. The shower on the other hand is very small which is a shame as there's plenty of room to put a bigger showRead moreer in. You need to squeeze through a gap of about 12 inches!! Unfortunately, what let this apartment down was the cleaning. Balcony covered in cobwebs, dirty glass doors, dust and hairs in the bathroom drawers, crumbs in cutlery drawer and filthy bar stools. Having said that, the shower, bath, sink and toilet were all clean. We left a note for the cleaning company and have advised the owner too so hopefully these issues will be addressed. We had a wonderful week. The apartment was excellent and beautifully furnished throughout. We will return in the future but book early enough to get two weeks. Fabulous.
