The beautiful living area is on the first floor, and can be reached via the grand staircase. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with quartz worktops and a large island with stools for relaxing with drinks. Top-quality appliances, double Belfast sinks and cookery books are on hand to bring out your inner chef. The large round dining table has room for eight guests, and can be extended for all 13 guests. The lounge area has beautifully upholstered seating, a TV and an electric fire for keeping cosy. If it’s film night, head into the cinema room where you’ll find a TV, comfy seating and a surround-sound system for an immersive experience. There’s a WC on this floor, as well as an attractive reading room full of books and games, with large doors leading out to the rear terrace. Plants, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large skylight make this space pleasant and bright. Outside the front of the house, there’s a paved area with a small pond. You can cook up a family feast on the rear terrace, which features a wood oven, BBQ and plenty of furniture. It’s surrounded by well-maintained flower beds. The two balconies on the second floor are excellent for absorbing the views with a quiet drink or a novel.
