This lovely first and second-floor apartment is perfect for a small family or group of friends to enjoy a coastal holiday. Set right on the quayside in a row of pretty Georgian townhouses all of the amenities of the town are on your doorstep. There is a great range of cafes and restaurants, the latter offering plenty of freshly caught fish on the menu. Guests will also find a useful range of shops and, of course, an Ice cream parlour. Aberaeron is a former fishing village with an attractive harbour and colourfully painted Georgian houses. The two shingle beaches are within a few hundred metres of the house and there are sandy beaches up and down the coast. Fishing, walking, cycling and golf are all readily available in and immediately around the town. For a day out head to the charming seaside town of New Quay 8 miles down the coast and famed for its visiting dolphins. Visitors can sometimes spot them from the beach and quayside or they can book a boat trip. Head 7 miles north and you’ll find the lively university town of Aberystwyth with its prom and pier and extensive range of shopping and dining options.

The attractive and modern apartment is set over two floors with a set of steps up to reach it. The first floor houses the open-plan living area with a snug lounge to one end and picturesque harbour views. The sleek kitchen and ample dining table are to the rear with a further wide window letting in plenty of light. Also on this floor is the double bedroom with the bed accessible from one side only and a window overlooking the harbour. There are steps up to the third floor where guests will find a twin bedroom with a sloping ceiling and far-reaching views of the sea out of a large window. The modern family bathroom is on this level with a walk-in shower.

There is no outside space at this property. Plenty of spaces to park nearby and all you need is within walking distance including award winning restaurants, pubs, small shops, ice cream parlour, harbour and beach.

The main reason is the cist. It seems to have gone up by at least 150 a holiday if not more compared to last year. This is pushing us out of being able to book another holiday. We appreciate costs have gone up but thos seems quite alot more.

We loved our stay very much. The only point was that the apartment could have been cleaner. Toilet hadnt been cleaned but saying that everything else was great. I did contact the owners in regards of us having trouble opening windows but they never got back to us. Again it didnt affect our holiday it was only as it was so hot.
