Fishing, walking, cycling and golf are all readily available in and immediately around the town. For a day out head to the charming seaside town of New Quay 8 miles down the coast and famed for its visiting dolphins. Visitors can sometimes spot them from the beach and quayside or they can book a boat trip. Head 7 miles north and you’ll find the lively university town of Aberystwyth with its prom and pier and extensive range of shopping and dining options.
