With uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay and Poppit Sands, this coastal cottage, furnished with inspiring interiors, enjoys a tranquil location for a family getaway, with sunny beaches on both sides. Set just 3 miles from the historic town of Cardigan with its striking castle, you are not far from cafes, restaurants and independent shops. Patch Beach is the closest beach just 1 mile away, or there are several golden beaches near the friendly village of Aberporth 7 miles away. The Ceredigion Way, which passes through Gwbert, takes you along the picturesque, rugged coastline famous for its dolphins, ideal for keen walkers and nature enthusiasts. Tresaith, 8 miles away, offers an exciting afternoon of kayaking and other water sports.

Step into the vaulted glass-fronted entrance and head down a flight of stairs to the spacious lounge area with quaint antique furnishings including a camel cart coffee table. The adjacent glass porch with rustic chairs looks out across the bay. Around the corner is an additional living space - an attractive breakfast/reading room. Through the sliding doors, you will find the tiled kitchen/diner, complete with exposed beams, bright contemporary units, and a cosy seating area under the window. A handy utility room houses more appliances. Back up the stairs and up to the first floor you will find all three bedrooms, each beautifully decorated with unique wooden furnishings. Finally, there is a family bathroom with feature tiles and a countertop basin.

Outside and to the front, there is a sunny lawn with panoramic sea views and a water feature, while a paved terrace with garden furniture to the side of the property is perfect for al fresco dining.

Great location with lovely views over the estuary and sea. Spacious well equipped property, comfortable beds. Great base for exploring the region.

Location of property was very good although it was right by the entrance to 2 hotels so quite noisy

Stunning views of the sea and estuary from both lounge and two bedrooms. We were thrilled to see dolphins on the first three mornings of our stay! A great holiday.

What a beautiful property with absolutely stunning views.
