Enjoy spectacular views of sea, sand and sky from a light-filled apartment that offers a wonderfully relaxing break for up to four guests. There is something for everyone to enjoy in Tenby: three lovely beaches, each with its own character, watersports, coastal walks on the doorstep and much more. Take a stroll (0.25 miles) around the pastel-coloured houses that lend a Mediterranean touch to this pretty seaside town, and drop into the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Centre to learn what to see and where to go in this beautiful corner of West Wales. From the harbour, book a 20-minute boat trip to one of Britain’s holy isles. Peaceful Caldey Island is home to a community of Cistercian monks, and you can buy their homemade produce and toiletries in the island’s gift shop. North Beach, just 50 metres away, is a favourite choice for watersports such as surfing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Alternatively, enjoy more coastal views with a walk along the 4.5-mile stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to Saundersfoot.
The lower ground-floor apartment is located in a Georgian period house and is reached by an external flight of stairs and entrance door. Inside, a large picture window and glass door in the spacious open-plan living/dining and kitchen area offers up glorious sea views. A period stone chimney breast and wall are a reminder of the property’s history, with a large leather sofa bed, matching armchair and recliner, from where you can relax in comfort and drink in the coastal panorama. A TV, plus an elegant dining table with matching chairs, wooden flooring and rugs complete this lovely space. There is a shower room with a WC and a comfortable double bedroom. The sofa bed also sleeps two guests.
The glass door opens onto a paved garden area directly above North Beach and across the harbour. Shared with the occupants of another small apartment, it is enclosed by shrubs, with seating immediately outside the door and a patio table with chairs at the end of the garden.
