This three-storey home is ideal for a large family group to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday together. It is located on a quiet residential street near the centre of the bustling seaside town of Tenby. This charming town has much to offer with its pastel-hued houses, winding streets and pretty harbour. Visitors will find plenty of great cafes and restaurants and a nice range of independent shops and galleries to discover. The town’s two beaches offer a great breadth of activities, including swimming and sunbathing on South Beach. Fishing and boat trips can be booked at the harbour and there are opportunities for kayaking and paddle boarding. Further afield families will love a visit to Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, 6 miles away, or Oakwood Theme Park, 11 miles away. The stunning Pembrokeshire Coastal Path stretches out in both directions and there are dozens of lovely sandy beaches to visit all along it.

The house is set across three levels with plenty of space for the whole group to relax. On the ground floor, guests will find a comfortable living room with a large bay window. Here the whole group can relax on the sofas and easy chairs after a busy day out and about. The ample kitchen has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the dining room has a characterful ornamental fireplace. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with French doors opening to the patio and a colourful sofa. This room has an en-suite shower room. Up on the first floor, guests will find the family games room complete with table tennis, table football and a TV. This is a great space for the kids to blow off some steam while the adults relax downstairs. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a bedroom with a bunk bed - ideal for children. The family bathroom features a shower over the bath. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the remaining double room with an en-suite shower room.

Outside is a private patio area set with garden furniture and enclosed by a pretty stone wall. This is the place to enjoy your morning coffee in the open air or to settle in for a long lunch alfresco.

The property location and facilities are good for large groups, plus the added bonus of a ground level ensuite room for those with mobility issues.

On the whole the property wS good.But I feel that it could have been cleaner.Especially in the front double room which had mould on the bathroom walls.The fridge wasn't particularly clean and I feel all the chipped plates and glases should have not been there.Nor should the out of date sauces etc

The villa is very comfortable and in an amazing location. It's great for families and groups of friends. We were disappointed at there being no toilet rolls whatsoever nor handsoap upon arrival. There were no black bags for non recyclable rubbish so hope that it was all taken on the Saturday morning. The football table in the games room was unusaRead moreble as stops at the end of the rods were missing. We all enjoyed our stay at Ashford Villa. There was enough space, ample seating, 4 ensuites, comfy clean beds, good wifi, sky t.v. etc.. This, along with the location is what makes Ashford Villa a great place to enjoy Tenby and surrounding Pembrokeshire. Hide
