Take your time to enjoy a holiday in Tenby. This property would be perfect for a multi-generational family trip, or for a mixed group who want to spend time on the beach, exploring Wales and making memories. So, pack your swimming costume, grab the kids and get ready for an adventure.
The front door opens directly into a comfortable lounge/diner, which plays to the building’s heritage with a wood burner, wooden floors, exposed beams and brickwork, and has lovely nautical decor. There’s a staircase to one side and a large table where you can take meals together. Continue through to the galley-style kitchen, where you’ll find everything you could need to rustle up tasty treats. Head upstairs, where you’ll find three bedrooms. There’s a children’s room with bunk beds and two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a gorgeous vaulted ceiling with wooden beams for a traditional feeling. You’ll also have a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The cottage has an enclosed garden, surrounded by a high wall. It’s got a BBQ and an outdoor dining area so you can eat outside on sunny days.
Tenby is a gorgeous, historic town with city walls dating back 800 years. Keep an eye out for them as you explore, and then visit local shops and eateries – there are plenty of stories to hear. Of course, the beaches are beautiful: Tenby North Beach, 0.5 miles, is lovely and sandy; and Tenby South Beach, 500 metres, is great for water sports. For a family-friendly outing, take a trip to Manor Wildlife Park, 3.5 miles, where you can see tapirs, red pandas and tigers.
