The cottage is in a beautiful country location just outside St Davids and great for family members of all ages, with a ground-floor bedroom and shower room, a large, enclosed garden and patio, a pub nearby, and private parking for up to four cars.
It has been tastefully decorated throughout with bright and modern interiors alongside many original features. After a fun day out, spend your evenings in the open-plan space comprising a kitchen/diner/lounge. The cosy lounge has a wood burner-effect electric fire and a Smart TV and joins onto the dining area where you can enjoy meals and play board games together. Next to it is the galley kitchen, with a vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light and country views. The king-size bedroom is on the ground floor and next to it is the shower room. On the first floor are the double and twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside is a large lawn, a patio and BBQ, and views that go on and on.
St Davids has a stunning 12th-century cathedral, one of Wales’ most iconic religious sites, which makes it a city (officially Britain’s smallest). The city also boasts an excellent range of independent shops, places to eat out and tourist attractions. Explore the exhibitions and artefacts at Oriel y Parc Visitor Centre and Gallery, visit the cathedral and look over to the Bishop’s Palace on the opposite side of the river. Head to Caerfai Beach, with its sheltered bay it’s the perfect spot for swimming (2 miles away), or try Whitesands Bay (3 miles away), popular with families and surfers. Kids big and small will enjoy a trip to Dr Beynon’s Bug Farm, less than 1 mile from the cottage.
