This terrace is full of character and conveniently located for Tenby’s restaurants, shops, and beaches – it’s perfect for a family who want to be close to everything in this wonderful seaside town. There’s a TV and DVD downstairs and a second TV for playing games upstairs, plus children’s toys and games, and a courtyard for everyone to enjoy.
A small porch leads to the lounge where you can relax together after a fun day on the beach. The kitchen/diner is through the lounge with space to eat or play board games together at the table, and a washing machine. On the first floor are two of the bedrooms, a double and a single – both have storage and the single also has a handy wash basin. The family bathroom is also on this floor. The third bedroom, another double, is up a narrow staircase on the second floor. It has wooden beams and a lovely, vaulted ceiling, and is home to the games TV. The rear courtyard is a real suntrap, a lovely private space to sit with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Tenby is well known for its sandy beaches perfect for paddling, playing games, doing water sports, or just relaxing. The harbour is less than 500 metres from the cottage, where you can grab an ice cream or book a boat trip to Caldey Island to explore the island village and famous monastery. For a family day out, animal lovers will enjoy Manor Wildlife Park 3.5 miles away, and the thrill seekers in the family will love Oakwood Theme Park, 10 miles away. There are two courses nearby for keen golfers: Tenby Golf Club (0.5 miles away) and Trefloyne Golf Course at Trefloyne Manor (2 miles away).
