Lovely big house. Hot tub was a big hit with adults and kids. All rooms are comfortable and kitchen has everything you will ever need. This house was amazing.

A lovely cottage with every convenience met. With 3 generations to please and 3 dogs, this really did tick all the boxes. It was great to have the hot tub and games rooms as the weather was not the best! The welcome packs for humans and dogs were amazing.

The property is well equipped and the host is most welcoming situated in a great location a mile outside Lampter. With the co-op and Sainsburys, it is very easy to do your food shopping. Visited the Pottery the other side of road and spend fantastic few hours learning something new.

Absolutely stunning property! We were greeted with a beautiful welcome pack and a warm welcome from Meinir. The house was immaculately clean and overflowing with everything you could need especially the kitchen which was so well equipped. We stayed in more than we usually do as the games room, hot tub, playroom and vast garden kept us all occupied.Read more I particularly loved sitting in the conservatory and watching the kites fly over. This is a wonderful property and great for families with children or grandchildren of all ages. The games room was particularly popular and the conservatory lovely and comfortable. I can honestly say that this was the best house Ive ever rented for a holiday. It just had everything, the best equipped kitchen, loads of space, 4 bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The hot tub was amazing, checked regularly and clean. It was just so comfortable. Brilliant communication with the owner who was also lovely. Will rebook for sure.

We came as a family of 8 adults, 1 toddler and 3 dogs to celebrate our daughter's 30th and we had the best time. There was a gorgeous welcome basket waiting for us and a further gift the following day of flowers and cupcakes for our daughter's birthday. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed. A fantastic holiday home for a large group. The hot tub, games room and box meant that wet spells were irrelevant as there was plenty to do. The large garden is a fantastic space. The owners are friendly and available if you have any queries. All in all a 5* holiday home.

I couldn't recommend this property any higher. The place is outstanding and Meinir is always on hand close by to help out with any issues. Lampeter may have been a bit quieter than we imagined but we did go out of season and the property was absolutely faultless and had loads to keep us entertained. Our only issue was a slightly temperamental WiFi Read moreand TV signal but we hear the fibre optic is being introduced very shortly. 5* all day!! Hide
