Quaint family holiday cottage positioned on a quiet side street yet within easy reach of all that Tenby has to offer
The terrace cottage enjoys a quiet location, just outside Tenby’s town walls. A short stroll (300 metres) brings you to the town’s vibrant centre, where you’ll discover an abundance of cute cafes, quirky restaurants, and independent boutiques. The golden sands of Tenby North Beach are just 0.5 miles away. The cottage sleeps six guests, as well as one canine companion, and the enclosed garden has a lawn where children and dogs can play. It’s also south facing, making it a real sun trap.
Enter the traditional cottage into the porch area, where you can store your sandy shoes. From here, head into the cosy lounge, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa to watch TV or sit back in the armchair by the wood burner-effect gas fire to read a book or sip a coffee. The cottage has a cute, homely feel, with calming seaside accessories and artwork throughout. Come together in the formal dining room, to share mealtimes around the farmhouse-style table or play boardgames long into the night. Upstairs, off the split-level landing, you’ll find the three bedrooms: a double, twin, and bunk bedroom. To the rear of the property is the courtyard garden, with a BBQ and outdoor seating so you can dine outside and catch the last of the evening sun.
Grab your buckets and spades and head down to Tenby North Beach for a relaxing day at the seaside. The beautiful beach is undoubtedly one of Wales’s finest, with soft, golden sand, a great range of water sports, and the colourful harbour at the far end. From the harbour, you can take fishing trips or a boat ride to the magical island of Caldey. There are some excellent family attractions in and around Tenby, including Oakwood Theme Park, just 11 miles away.
