Enjoy a family break at this comfortable seaside holiday chalet, set within a colourful seaside village, close to the beach and within magnificent Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Whisk your family away to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park for fun-filled beach days. This home sits just 200 metres away from Freshwater East Beach so you can enjoy the sand and sea without jumping in the car. Sleeping four guests over two bedrooms, this bolthole boasts shared on-site facilities including a clubhouse, pub and restaurant to give you a well-deserved night off from the kitchen.

Head inside to relax and unwind in the welcoming, open-plan living area. Hints of coastal blues flow throughout, reminding you of your fantastic location. After sandy days, take a seat on one of the sofas and spend family time together in front of the TV before dining at the table, which folds out to maximise space around mealtimes. Time in the salty, sea air will have you needing a peaceful, cosy night’s sleep; head upstairs to rest your head in one of the light bedrooms. The first is a double room, while the second has bunk beds and is suited to children – great for a holiday sleepover with siblings or friends. Take your breakfast outside to dine alfresco in the garden (shared with other properties on-site) before heading out to explore. There is off-road parking available on site.

Head over the road to Freshwater East Beach or travel further afield to Barafundle Bay (2.5 miles), Broadhaven South (6.5 miles) or make the 9.5-mile trip to Tenby where a handful of beaches await. From here, you can also board a boat for a fishing trip or to Caldey Island and you can tuck into a traditional portion of fish and chips. Treat little ones with a trip to Manor House Wildlife Farm, just 8 miles from your door.

We've stayed in Freshwater East several times but this was our first stay in this chalet. Well equipped, clean and plenty of information in the visitor pack.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Clean and serviceable. Take food. The only bar within walking distance is quite pricey for food and only seemed to serve pizzas after 4pm.

A convenient and comfortable place to stay. Quite small but we were fine with 3 adults and a child. There's useful things like folding chairs and a wind break in the cupboard. We had a few minor issues, such as the fridge shelves hitting the door and breaking the door trim and the cooker hood failing. The owners made a goodwill payment to us for thRead moreis. Really excellent value for money. The cottage is simple but has everything you need, located in a friendly and quiet complex of holiday homes. Close to an excellent beach, with a whole string of other beautiful sandy coves close by. Recommended

Brilliant house in a perfect location. We are a family of 4 who stayed here for a week and it had everything we needed, even beach toys for the children. A 3 minute walk to the beach and a pub en route that did excellent pizzas. We've had the best week exploring Pembrokeshire, thank you!

Absolutely delightful! A lovely peaceful place. No club house anymore but there is a pub with wi-fi and just a very short walk to the beach. A perfect retreat for beach and scenery lovers looking for peace and quiet. A rare gem. The people who own the chalet had left so many useful things and the box in front of the house contains some useful thingRead mores for the beach.
