Located in the village of Saundersfoot, you will have no shortage of things to do, head down to the harbour, get a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants or spend some time at the beach.

Set back from the hustle and bustle yet within 1.5 miles of the golden sandy beach, this impressive property is an ideal choice for exploring Saundersfoot. Sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms, the house is a must for foodies keen to experience Saundersfoot’s gastronomic delights and enjoy scenic walks along the rugged coast path. Lace up your boots and venture along the cliff tops, or spend the day playing beach games and trying water sports in the sea. Return to sip hot cocoa and relax by the wood burner on chilly evenings, reflecting on your adventures.

Impressive from the outset, the property is stylish and thoughtfully furnished with all the home comforts you could need. High vaulted ceilings, timber beams and large windows with views of the garden provide a soothing ambience in the lounge with its crackling wood burner. The kitchen/diner offers a twist on country cottage-style elegance with enough seating and gadgets to prepare all sorts of meals, or step outside and dine alfresco in the garden. Refresh yourself in the excellent bathroom with its spa bath, and the main bedroom has an en-suite. There’s even a bonus bedroom on the mezzanine level accessed via paddle stairs leading from one of the bedrooms – just beware of reduced head height.

Saundersfoot boasts eateries, sandy beaches and a charming harbour that’s popular for sea safaris and excursions to Caldey Island. Inhabited by an order of Cistercian monks, Caldey Island is a beautiful place to visit, and you can pick up handcrafted soap and chocolate as souvenirs. Tenby, 2.5 miles away, is perfect for a day trip with its historic stone walls, a choice of beaches and an array of independent shops and restaurants, or why not take a scenic stroll to Wiseman’s Bridge.

Beautiful property, modern but with lots of character. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, spacious with plenty of kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and a gorgeous log burner in the living room. Lovely farm shop right next door too! Can't wait to stay here again!

My family had a wonderful Christmas at Oaktree House. We received a warm and friendly welcome, a gorgeous hamper of goodies and were thrilled to find a real Christmas tree already set up for us. The spacious house was spotless and comfortable. Having the Farm shop next door for last minute luxuries was an added bonus.

Great location, comfortable accommodation for a large family get together with secure parking for circa 6+ cars which stops children/ pets escaping from the garden area. Farm shop adjacent was amazing. Best to use access from parking as front door sometimes obstructed by equipment from the farm shop.

Good parking in front of house. Great having farm shop next door and staff very friendly. Due to close proximity to shop noisy when deliveries come early morning so ok if you are early riser but not so good if you like to sleep in!. Not great for walking to Saundersfoot as no footpath on main road- but only 5-10 min drive

Overall a lovely house. Very spacious. We had a really lovely stay. I think it should be made more clear for dog owners that there is nowhere to walk your dogs because the house is on a main road. We were ok because our dogs are small, but for anyone with larger dogs you would have to take the car and find somewhere. Lovely welcome pack on arrival Read more- bread, butter, milk, jams and cakes were much appreciated! The en-suite bedrooms were very spacious, as were the kitchen and living room. Hide

Great central location with a secure large garden which was helpful with two Labradors. House was very spacious with a large comfortable lounge. Farm shop next door was very handy. The walk up from saundersfoot beach had some hills but the exercise probably did us good!

We had a lovely week at this property, 12th-19th May. The house is beautiful, plenty of room so we weren't all on top of one another. A secure front garden for our dogs. Unfortunately the back garden is inaccessible. Ideal having the Farm Shop next door. Location is excellent for both Saundersfoot and Tenby, just minutes away by car.
