This modern holiday home on the south Wales coast offers an idyllic getaway for families or friends, looking for a peaceful location to rest and unwind and is located in the pretty village of Saundersfoot, just 3.5 miles from Tenby. Just 1 mile from the beach by car, Saundersfoot is a hive of activity, from the harbour that leads to Saundersfoot Bay and the Bristol Channel, to a host of eateries and entertainment venues that will make your stay one to remember. Discover the beautiful Monkstone Beach 2 miles away or venture into Tenby to explore its historic harbour and attractive beaches. A little further afield, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is 5 miles north, while Manor Wildlife Park and Dinosaur Park are just 5 miles west, giving you plenty of options to keep the kids entertained.

After a long day of fun, it’s time to recharge in the bungalow. Inside the property, there is a generous family room where you can put your feet up and relax on one of the electric reclining sofas while watching TV. This area is light and bright thanks to the patio windows. The French doors to the side of the patio windows lead out to the garden. Sit together and eat the delicious home-cooked meal you rustled up in the kitchen at the oak table and chairs in the dining area and discuss your day and plans for tomorrow. There are also three bedrooms to choose from when it’s time for a restful night’s sleep – two king-size rooms and a cosy twin. The first king-size room has an en-suite shower room and large French doors that lead out to the garden. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated. A contemporary bathroom completes this single-storey holiday home.

If you enjoy the outdoors, you’ll love the enclosed garden with a decked patio that sits neatly beside the lawned area. Soak up the evening sun and enjoy some al fresco dining, or simply sit and enjoy the evening air as dusk arrives and the sun goes down.

This is a lovely and deceptively large bungalow set in a nice area of saundersfoot we found it had everything that we required for our stay I would certainly recommend it to my friends and family

Clean and spacious property that is located near to the beach, but in a quiet neighbourhood so the best of both worlds. It has recently been refurbished so in good condition. Compared to similar properties in the area it was good value for money. Great place to stay for a family!

Lovely clean property in a quite location, enclosed garden ideal for our dog. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would return to this property and have recommended it to friends.
