The ‘house ‘rules (painted on the dining room wall) instruct you to ‘relax, unwind, enjoy’ – and this is surely the place where you’ll be able to do just that. In the spacious lounge, you can curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite movies on the Smart TV, while the kitchen/diner provides plenty of room to prepare delicious meals and enjoy eating them together. There are three bedrooms, a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double, and a single with a Smart TV and a desk. The two latter rooms share a family bathroom. In the warmer months, you’ll want to fold back the glazed doors in the lounge and step down onto the patio, where you can grill supper on the BBQ and spend the evening in the fresh air, dogs and children playing safely on the lawn.
Templeton sits just 2.5 miles from the stylish market town of Narberth, where you’ll find a range of boutique shops and places to eat and drink. Head to Saundersfoot, 5.5 miles, for a sedate day at the seaside, or vibrant Tenby, 8.5 miles, for more shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants and no less than three sandy beaches. From here you can also book a boat to go to the tranquil Caldey Island in the summer months. Family outings could include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (2 miles), Oakwood Theme Park (3 miles) and Blue Lagoon Water Park (3.5 miles).
