Generating revenue for our owners is our priority. We do not charge any registration fees when you sign up with us, we don’t expect any payments from you and our commission rates are highly competitive. In fact the only payments are us paying you your holiday booking income!

You will be paid monthly by BACS directly into your bank account. You’re paid the month following the date the holiday booking ends. Payment is made within the first 10 working days of each month. A monthly statement of account is sent either by post or email, depending on your preference.
The revenue paid will be the net rent after the deduction of the Cancellation Scheme/Booking Fee, less Commission and VAT as shown on the contract. Other deductions if previously arranged with the owner e.g. for cleaning or repairs and replacements to the property will also be charged before making payment.

Your owner account gives you 24/7 access to all your property information, guest details and upcoming bookings so you can stay up to date anytime, anywhere.
Via the holiday letting section of our blog for the latest news an updates and we also send out regular e-newsletters to keep owners informed of any holiday letting updates and developments along with exciting company news.
We also have an Owners Club where you can benefit from a host of local offers and discounts from partner restaurants, shops and activity providers.
The holiday booking fee is designed to protect in case of cancellation and loss of revenue should the property not be re-booked.
Payment is subject to the property being available for us to re-let throughout the cancelled period and the amount paid will not exceed the amount due from the original booking.
You’ll get a monthly Arrivals Report which outlines all upcoming arrivals.
This report will include the booking reference, the name of the person who made the booking, the number of adults and children in the party, arrival and departure dates and the net monies payable to you.
Housekeepers are also advised of bookings and arrival and departure dates to ensure they plan their cleaning schedule accordingly.
