We are currently recruiting for a Holiday Letting Professional in West Pembrokeshire to drive and develop new business and strengthen our holiday accommodation portfolio for our customers.

FBM Holidays have been letting holiday cottages in Pembrokeshire, West Wales for over 100 years and are looking to diversify. We are now offering around 350 holiday homes, ranging from coastal holiday cottages, pet friendly apartments, rustic lodges and everything in between.
What you’ll be doing
Professional Property Professional will be self-employed ‘Consultant’ operating under a company brand but in charge of running their own operation. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and run your own business with the support of a recognised, professional brand. FBM Holidays provide all the office support, marketing and IT for your procured properties once they have signed on, leaving you, the agent to focus on the key earning arears of finding suitable holiday homes. The agent model effectively provides a low cost and low risk entry to a business, which provides excellent financial rewards and the lifestyle to be desired.
What we are looking for
Experience of working in the tourism sector in sales related background. Experience in holiday letting agency is desired but not required, as a full training is provided.
It is also desirable that associates live in the area they will cover, as better knowledge of an area will likely produce quicker returns.
Excellent spoken and written English is required.
Determined and highly motivated to excel in a dynamic and challenging start up environment.
To be an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual (or couple) who are hardworking, self-motivated and have a strong desire to be successful.
To have a friendly and very outgoing personality and have excellent social and interpersonal skills. They must also be confident, keen to learn and interested in personal and professional development. A passion for holidays, property and the ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service are also essential.
The ideal applicants will be a representative of FBM and therefore, adhere to company procedures, policies and standards.
