This fantastic property is the ideal getaway for large families or groups of friends who want direct access to the beach in a thriving seaside resort.

This wonderful beachfront property, set in an idyllic location overlooking Carmarthen Bay, is perfect for guests who want to get out and explore the Pembrokeshire coast. With direct access to Saundersfoot Beach between April and September from the garden, you can spend hours walking along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Head up to Coppet Hall Beach (0.5 miles) where you can take stand up paddle boarding lessons with Good Trails or carry on to the peaceful Wiseman’s Bridge (1 mile) and Telpyn Beach (4 miles). Wander the streets of Tenby (4 miles) where the castle, Tudor Merchant’s House and lots of pubs and restaurants are worth a visit, especially during July and August when the town centre is traffic-free.

The property is laid out over three levels. Enter the house into an entrance hall and the first rooms you’ll notice are a shower room and the first bedroom. This room can be made up as a super king-size zip-and-link or as two single beds – just ask at the time of booking. There’s also plenty of clothes storage space in this room as well as a handy towel ladder. There’s a cloakroom with a washing machine and hanging space, while the final room on this floor is the bright and airy open-plan living area. Comfortable seating and trendy furnishings make this a fabulous space to wind down in the evenings in front of the TV or sit chatting at the dining table with bench and cushioned seating. The kitchen has glossy dark worktops and white units and you’ll find a gas hob with double oven, fridge/freezer, combination microwave oven, dishwasher and even a Magimix Nespresso Citiz with Aerocino. Starter pods are supplied for the coffee machine so you can enjoy one as soon as you get there. Upstairs, the second bedroom has unique built-in asymmetrical bunk beds and lots of storage space and a folding bedside table, so is perfect for children. The third bedroom is a cosy twin or can be made up as a super king-size zip-and-link on request and has beautifully thought-out furnishings including integrated bookend shelving. The main bathroom is on this level and has a bath with separate shower. The sunny sitting room has comfortable sofas, a warming coal-effect gas fire, a TV/DVD and doors leading to the balcony and a small conservatory with stunning views over the bay. Finally, there’s a cupboard with a handy tumble dryer inside. On the second floor you’ll find the fourth bedroom which has a double bed with built-in shelving and teamaking facilities. It benefits from an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. The last bedroom is a king-size and has views towards Worm Head on the Gower and there are stools for you to sit at and enjoy the scenery. The roof windows ensure that you get lots of natural light but also maintain your privacy. There are tea-making facilities and a contemporary en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath along with a heated towel rail.

From the open-plan living area, you can access the garden through a patio door. A raised seating area is ideal for al fresco dining, and at the end of the garden is the gate to Saunderfoot Beach. There’s a beach hut here too that’s ideal for storing water sports equipment and clothing, as well as an outdoor shower that’s perfect for washing off sandy feet after a fun day on the beach.

Excellent communication from owners on arrival at this stunning family home by the beach. Our young granddaughters had been telling everyone that the beach was going to be their back garden. They were right! The house had everything we could wish for and even the sun came out for us. Wonderfully well equipped property that none of us wanted to leavRead moree! Hide
