This delightful period cottage is the perfect place for a family or couple to rest and unwind in a beautifully decorated and furnished holiday home, just 500 metres from the sea.

Immerse yourselves in architectural history with a stay at this unique holiday property in the West Wales seaside town of Tenby. Dating back to the 19th century, this individual house, sleeping four guests, was the work of John Nash, one of the most celebrated British architects of his time. The beautifully renovated, two-bedroom property is set approximately 0.5 miles from the vibrant heart of the town and some 500m from the beach.

Step into this exquisite home to find a stylish, open-plan lounge/diner. Gather on the sofas in here after lively days out in the fresh sea air; watch TV together and enjoy holiday meals at the table. The equally sophisticated kitchen is as beautifully styled as it is well equipped. Make your way up the stairs, believed to have been fabricated from a former mast, to discover a king-size room, with doors on to a balcony, and a double. The family bathroom is also at this level. Find there is a small front garden at this house, plus driveway parking for a small car.

Wander out from your Tenby base to find a pub within 100m and shops within 200m. Pack a beach bag and make your way to North Beach, where you can choose to relax on the sand and swim in the sea or attempt some water sports, such as surfing and kayaking. Relish afternoons spent ambling down historic cobbled streets; visit the town’s museum and art gallery and its lifeboat station. Head out of town to take the family to Heatherton World of Activities, 3.5 miles away, or Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, about 6 miles out of Tenby. Why not attempt a stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and venture 5 miles to Saundersfoot?

Lovely cottage on the whole. Location was slightly out of the centre of town but that is what we liked about it. Everything within a 5 minute walk from the property. Always enjoy staying here.

The location of the cottage is excellent, a short walk to all amenities. The cottage has everything you need for self catering. The only thing to be aware of is that the key in the lockbox was at the bottom of the box, so at first the key appeared to be missing. Would love to stay here again!

We went to the cottage for a week for my 50th birthday and my husband and I didn't want to leave, it felt like home. Such a shame that there isn't a parking space, but The Green car park was only 5 mins walk away and 25 for a week, excellent value. Will definitely return
