Beautiful cottage, refurbished in 2020, with hot tub and garden. Set in the heart of coastal Aberaeron, perfect to walk to restaurants, shops, beach and explore West Wales’ coast and countryside.

Offering bright, quirky and colourful holiday accommodation close to the seafront, this spacious property makes a fantastic holiday home for a family enjoying a break along Cardigan Bay. The cottage is set in the heart of Aberaeron, with its long beaches and opportunities for water sports and fishing. Providing ideal accommodation for four guests, this warm and cosy cottage features a soothing hot tub and is within easy reach of the many fantastic restaurants, shops and pubs this picturesque Georgian town has to offer.

Entering this light and vibrant cottage, you will find the fresh and friendly open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a Smart TV, plenty of seating and a wood burner in the feature fireplace, the lounge is a perfect spot for unwinding at the end of a fantastic day. A step leads up to the kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in and has a handy central island which makes a great breakfast bar. The elegant dining area sits beneath a beautiful glass ceiling allowing light to flood in. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a Smart TV: the en-suite king-size room has a Juliet balcony offering sea views, while the super-king-size zip-and-link has a stylish en-suite shower room. French doors open from the dining area into the enclosed garden. Featuring a soothing hot tub, handcrafted outdoor furniture, lighting and an array of plants and flowers, this is an ideal space for spending a lazy summer’s afternoon in the sun.

With an array of fabulous places to eat and drink, Aberaeron is famous for its pebble beach and delightful harbour lined with colourful houses. From the harbour you can join a boat trip to spot dolphins, or indulge in other activities including paddleboarding, canoeing and fishing. Inland, attractions include the National Trust’s Llanerchaeron (3 miles) and Cae Hir Gardens (10 miles).

The cottage is perfectly situated for walks around the coast and eating out in Aberaeron. Nicely furnished cottage, comfy beds and very helpful and friendly owners.

Spacious and very comfortable with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped has all you would need. The hot tub was a great bonus. Fantastic place for two couples to share. Great property in a great location, so pretty. Loved the hot tub. So many places to visit. Rheidol Valley Steam Railway was amazing. The river walk is beautiful. Dolphin watch boat trips from New Quay. Aberaeron is so lovely, friendly people, good restaurants all within walking distance of the cottage.

Walnut is a delightful cottage perfectly located just next to the colourful harbour. The cottage itself has been recently renovated to a very high standard and has been tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. The location (Aberaeron) is fantastic, a little windy with great walks and a quaint town. The cottage was ideally located near the coast path and a small walk onto the main high street. A dog friendly cottage will never be clean/clean, but very modern.

Loved our stay at Walney. It's a true home from home, with added luxury. 2 good sized bedrooms with gorgeous bathrooms. And a lovely courtyard, where the dogs could wander freely with no worries about them escaping, while we relaxed in the hot tub. And it's perfectly located, just a minutes walk to the shops, bars & restaurants of Aberaeron, & the Read morecoastal walk on your doorstep. We had an amazing holiday, the property had everything you could possibly need to self cater, we used the hot tub daily, the area was peaceful to have a relaxing meal in the garden. A really really lovely property in the best location! An absolute gem! The property is as good as it looks in the pictures. 30 seconds walk to the beach. 30 seconds walk to the harbour. 1 min walk and you are in the centre of the village. Was just perfect!

Beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of Aberaeron. Great open plan living space with well equipped en-suite bedrooms upstairs. Excellent location and beautifully decorated cottage. Great to be able to stroll out to the beach and harbour so easily. Lunch at the yummy Harbourmaster in such close proximity too.

The cottage was well equipped with comfortable beds and smart tv's in every room. Kitchen was well equipped but for three toilets there was only one toilet roll and no shampoos or soaps of any description - just small samples on arrival would have been welcomed until we managed to get to the shops.
