The furnishings etc all need an update, its dated and needs freshening up. Baking trays and fry pans need replacing. Sofa and main bed have seen better days but were ok. Its a shame there were no flowers in the tubs at the front, just dead sticks. If improvements were made is would be fantastic. We really enjoyed our week and were sorry to leave. Set in an idyllic location, with easy access to Aberystwyth, the cottage was well equipped, clean and well maintained. The owner Gareth was friendly and helpful and the secure garden was great for our dog. A great place to stay. Superb.

Lovely location, fantastic hot tub, but the cottage could do with a refurb, and a bit more attention to detail and cleaning. However, we had a lovely week, bed was comfy, plenty of drawers for clothes etc. Lovely shower room, but have a pair of flip flops handy. Cottage is lovely enough, however it needs updating a lot! Everything is very old and tired looking. Sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on because the cushions are so worn. The TV's could be up dated to Smart TV's and the kitchen / dining equipment needs renewing. There is so a lot of dirt and dust gathering on the lights, sockets and fans and most Read moreof the blinds were mouldy. Cannot fault location and hot tub an added bonus. We would stay again, if it was updated and more clean. Hide
