Set in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, this well-equipped luxury holiday apartment is perfectly placed in the heart of the seaside resort of Tenby in South West Wales.

Offering magnificent panoramic views over Tenby North Beach, Carmarthen Bay, the harbour and Tenby town, this stylish penthouse apartment provides tasteful accommodation for six guests. Perfect for friends and families, this two-storey apartment is situated at the top of an elegant Grade II-listed property near Tenby Harbour and has a lovely sun-deck off the main bedroom that attracts the sun until late and makes a great spot for al fresco drinks and dining. Close to the town centre, this is a great base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and is ideally situated for a fabulous range of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and beautiful sandy beaches.

Six steps lead up to the shared entrance of the building, then a lift takes you up to the private apartment door on the third floor. Inside, you will find the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This convivial and relaxing space is perfect for unwinding in at the end of a wonderful day. The lounge features cosy seating, with a smart TV and full Sky TV package,  Xbox and Alexa Echo. The stylish, modern and well equipped kitchen has a full range of useful equipment and is a pleasure to cook in with panoramic views overlooking the bay. The dining area also benefits from those wonderful views and is perfect for everyone to gather and chat about the day. The apartment also features a luxury en-suite king size bedroom with smart TV and Alexa, a king size room with Smart TV and Alexa Echo and Blue-ray player. This bedroom also has a sun deck overlooking the bay which takes in the sun until late into the evening. There is also a twin room with smart TV and Xbox , as well as a luxury family bathroom and shower room.

Tenby North Beach is just across the road, with Tenby Harbour, St Catherine’s Island and Tenby Castle all within half a mile. Local attractions include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6.5 miles), Dinosaur Park Tenby (3 miles), Manorbier Castle (6 miles), Manor Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities (both 3.5 miles).

A most beautiful apartment. Exceptionally clean, bedding immaculate. We always go in winter, heating so easy to operate and adjust for individual rooms and preferences. Exceptional and outstanding views of the sea. Car parking, which is quite unique in my experience of holiday accommodation. Safe and secure. Full sky package, so welcome in winter mRead moreonths. A first class apartment. Great location and views , very clean and well presented with good levels of equipment and information. Three bathrooms and two parking spaces real bonus , although the parking spaces only suitable for two Golf size cars ( which was fine for us ). I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic holiday weather fabulous, this apartment has it all fantastic views of the north beach and Tenby Harbour. A couple of minutes stroll in Tenby and most important parking space for 2 car's. I think this is our third time staying at this apartment, we enjoyed it so much we have booked the same weeks next year.

The Penthouse is a beautiful two storey apartment in the most perfect location, with that iconic Tenby Harbour view from the roof terrace and front windows. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it just as much, it's a real home from home, with extremely comfortable furnishings and is equipped with every kitchen appliance one could wish for. The owners were very accommodating from start to finish. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this holiday home to those looking to stay in central Tenby. Couldnt ask for anything better. 10 out of 10.

As retirees we are fortunate to have holidayed in many apartments. The Penthouse is by far the very best. The location, cleanliness, private parking, fully equipped kitchen, pristine bed linen, full TV package (so welcome on rainy days). Extremely generous welcome pack, discontinued by others! Our 4th stay, so I think that says it all.

We were very impressed with the apartment. It was extremely well equipped, very comfortably furnished and all the extra touches were so appreciated. As for the location - just perfect. The view of the whole bay from the penthouse is exceptional and we enjoyed a few evening drinks on the sun deck even on cooler evenings. The Penthouse is simply incredible. Perfect location. Once you are out of the building, a genuine 120 seconds will see you on the beautiful north beach. And if youre not heading to the beach, you will be into the very popular cafes bars and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Tenby is beautiful. Put it on your list of British places to holiday at.
