A romantic retreat in the middle of nature with nothing but the sound of the stream to interrupt the tranquillity, this is the perfect peaceful getaway. This hut is eco-friendly and has a beautiful woodland garden, as well as a decked terrace and a private hot tub for you to enjoy – it’s a unique place to stay.
This woodland wonderland is at the end of a private drive. It has a cosy living/dining area with a double sofa bed that becomes your bed at night, and a wood burner for heating and romantic evenings in. There’s a compact but equipped kitchen with utensils and a hob to cook on and an ice box for keeping your food fresh (and more fridge and freezer space in the shared utility area a short walk from the hut). There’s a free-standing solar-powered shower and a compost WC in the shower room. The whole living area opens up with bi-fold doors onto the decking, which overlooks the garden and woods. Outside, there’s an open fire pit you can use for outdoor cooking and your own secluded Lay-Z-Spa hot tub too.
There are many beautiful country walks from the door, and the nearest beach is about 12.5 miles away. The nearest village, Clynderwen, is about 3.5 miles away and Narberth, the nearest town, is 7 miles. It has a great selection of independent boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars to choose from and is a handy central location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Llys-y-Fran Lake (8.5 miles away) is popular for cycling, water sports, walking and other outdoor activities. There are almost nearly 9 miles of trails to explore there, and you can go kayaking, paddleboarding and open-water swimming on the lake.
