Set amongst rolling hills on a working 60-acre farm, this holiday home promises a truly magical stay on the Welsh coast. Well-equipped and with everything you might need thoughtfully considered, this converted milking parlour is a dependable home from home. Enjoy panoramic views out to sea and just a short amble to the nearest beach where swimming and sunbathing are a must. Comfortably sleeping six guests and two dogs, the property benefits from a ground-floor bedroom and a wet room for added accessibility.

Step inside and settle into the delightful lounge, a bright space with French doors that flood the room with light and allow you to step out onto the terrace. Along with a TV and Blu-ray player, the cosy sofas in this area create a welcoming hub for evenings in. Continue through into the kitchen/diner where memorable breakfasts can be enjoyed with far-reaching sea views, planning for adventure-filled days on the glorious Cardigan Bay. Naturally, meals outside are a must when the sea air is fresh and the weather is clear. Along with one ground floor bedroom, the property presents two bedrooms on the first floor to ensure everyone achieves a restful night’s sleep.

Wander down to the beach which is less than 400 metres from home. Mwnt is a National Trust beach with fine golden sand and agreeable waves, a great place to spot dolphins and other thrilling members of the marine world. It’s an equal distance between Cardigan (5 miles) and Aberporth (5.5 miles), both deserving of a day out with the latter offering sheltered beaches and exciting rock pools. Wander between them via the Cardigan Coastal Path or jump in the car to be there within minutes. A little further along the coast, you’ll hit the Tresaith Waterfall (7 miles) which is also well worth a look.

This was the most beautiful and perfect property. Hosts were so lovely and checked that we were ok and didnt need anything. Spacious, spotlessly clean and so comfortable! Sea views from every angle. Every need catered for including beach toys and equipment. Even a welcome basket of tea, coffee and cake x will definitely be booking this again soon.

Lovely property with outstanding views from every window. Well equipped, light and airy and comfortable especially the beds. Plenty of outside space with excellent seating areas. Great location, lovely sunsets. Were unable to sit outside as not sheltered enough due to strong cold wind blowing, until the last day when we came back from walking, the wind had dropped & we could sit out on the balcony. The cottage was comfortable & had good facilities & was clean & tidy.

Wow, what a great location. We all had a thoroughly wonderful time. The cottage is very clean and well equipped and the sea views from most of the windows are exceptional. Great walks from the property, if you have the weather and a weeks shop there is no need to use your car. We were also fortunate enough to see dolphins at sunset from the top of Read morethe mount. Wonderful location. Only 15 minutes o Tesco. Short walk to Mwnt beach and the coastal path. Wonderful views from all around the house. The old Parlour itself is very comfortable. Not lacking anything at all. Well equipped kitchen. Fast WiFi. We all had a wonderful week and would love to go again. One of the best we have stayed at.

We had a truly excellent 5 nights at the start of December. The house is immaculate, modern, warm and cosy and has everything you need. Wifi great. No phone signal. Views from the main bedroom are stunning, even during gales and storms. It's the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the views, fresh air and coastal walks of CarRead moredigan. Mwnt beach is a 5 minute walk away. This is my second stay at this property. The location is stunning, and remote enough for me to think that the beach is part of the property. As long as you stock the fridge up for the week there is no need to use the car once youve arrived. Although there are other lovely places nearby to visit. Lovely cottage and stunning location. Our dogs loved having the beach to themselves at sunrise. Just a week of chillout and walks along costal paths to forget the stresses of normal life. We will be going back.

Very special cottage in a wonderful location. Sea view out of almost every window and close to coastal path. Next to a small campsite but as the property is on a higher level we never really noticed it. Enclosed garden was great for our puppy and there is plenty of outdoor space. Loved it so much that well be back in the summer!

Superb, spotless and comfortable accommodation with everything provided. Great outdoor areas to make the most of the sunshine and the view. The location is fabulous with walks from the front door onto the coast path and the adjacent Mwnt beach is the perfect place for a swim.

Beautiful, comfortable converted barn. It has everything you need ( including Hairdryer and smart tv, not mentioned in the information). The location of this cottage is ideal for walking the coast path. Although situated very near a caravan park and campsite they are not intrusive. Everything you would need for a home from home is thoughtfully provided. The kitchen diner may seem very small for 6 adults., but the views from every window make up for it. A lovely find, diolch.

The Old Parlor was a perfect spot for our coastal holiday. The beach was within walking distance and the coastal path very easy to access. The road to the property although narrow had multiple passing places so never had an issue with that. The site is immaculate and very well looked after. One thing I wish I had know was dogs were not allowed on tRead morehe beach during the summer 1st May to 30th September. However there are plenty of other walks around and dog Friendly beaches within a 15-20 min drive Hide

This was our second stay at the cottage and just as comfortable, despite Covid. It is ideal for us because it is nice and secure for the dog but very relaxing for the rest of the family; walking distance for the beach and coast path.

Information about location of property could be made clearer as we had the impression that it was more remote. After the initial realisation of the proximity to (smalRead morel number of cottages/caravans) we loved the location.
