Stylish first-floor apartment offering contemporary accommodation for two guests, situated on the owner’s rural smallholding in West Wales, just seven miles from beaches on the Pembrokeshire coast.

This property enjoys a quiet location above the stable block on the owner’s smallholding. It is ideally situated for those who want to get away from all the stresses of daily life and simply enjoy the quiet surroundings and the simple pleasures of relaxing walks and country pubs. Two miles from the property, the tidal hamlet of Cresswell Quay offers a popular waterside pub which is an idyllic place to relax over drinks in the afternoon or on summer’s evening. Some of Britain’s best-loved beaches are within easy reach of the property, with Tenby, Saundersfoot, and Barafundle Bay all being within a twenty-drive, making this the ideal location for beach lovers as well as those who might enjoy scenic walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Entering this property on the ground floor, guests will find a staircase which leads to the accommodation on the first floor of the building. The main living area is a light-filled open-plan space with a lounge area at one end and kitchen at the other. The lounge has an inviting sofa from which guests can enjoy a film or favourite programme on the TV/DVD, whilst in the kitchen area guests will find doors which lead onto a Juliet balcony offering views over the owner’s smallholding. Guests will easily find everything they need to make themselves at home including an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge, whilst the freezer and washing machine can be found downstairs in a separate part of the stable block. A hallway from the main living area leads to the double bedroom which has a restful atmosphere and offers an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, guests will find a patio seating area to the rear of the property, where garden furniture makes it an ideal place to enjoy alfresco drinks after a day at the beach. There is ample off-road parking available, as well as there being storage space for bikes, or canoes, etc. In addition to this, it may be possible to arrange on-site stabling which can be requested directly with the owner.

We stayed for a week in the Loft at Minnis and would definitely recommend this property. It is very quiet apart from the occasional braying of one of the neighbouring donkeys! A delightful comfortable property, with a great outlook, wonderful animals, and fabulous hosts. We spent two wonderful weeks here. The property is situated close to the wonderful Pembrokeshire coast, and has many delightful towns all within easy reach.

Amazing little hide away run by the lovely Sue & Chris. Everything you could want plus lots more is provided for your stay. Can't think of anything they could have improved on! It's beautiful, quiet and you have the company of wonderful animals. A real little gem. We loved it. Such a cosy, bright place. Beautiful view out of the window. Lovely to look out at the animals and go and say hello to them. The baby donkey there at the moment is adorable. So peaceful. It was lovely to wake up and just hear the birds singing. A perfect hideaway. The accommodation is exceptional with everything provided with kind welcome extras. The owners are extremely friendly and the setting with their collection of animals is a delight. I hope to return soon. I cannot rate it highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in quiet surroundings with great hosts , Chris and sue were super helpful and we had the warmest of welcomes On arrival , the cottage is week equipped and spotlessly clean and had everything you could Possibly need , the animals were amazing too .

The property is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday but is central to many places of interest. The land surrounding the property has Donkeys, sheep and Geese which adds to the charm of the accommodation. If you want a well equipped and clean place to stay with friendly owners you will not go far wrong with " The Loft ".

The cottage was situated in a nice peaceful area in a quiet location with east access and plenty of room for parking. The owners greated us and offered much advice. They also left us a welcome pack consisting of milk, tea, coffee, cake and wine plus other bits and peaces. Love to visit again.

Accommodation was ideal for two people, Sue and Chris were very good hosts providing helpful information on the surrounding area. There livestock in the paddock next to the accommodation added a country feel and added to our stay. very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday for two.

Beautiful cottage in an ideal location - rural but not too far from towns and shops. Within reasonable distance of tourist attractions. Cottage was modern and very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely place to stay, close to shops , pubs and lots of attention in Wales. The cottage was very clean and cosy. We loved all the animals especially the donkeys and all the dogs. Very friendly hosts and would definitely recommend.
