Set out in a reverse level-style, this charming property enjoys a unique vantage point above the bustling village of Saundersfoot, sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms. A 100-metre stroll will bring you to one of three sandy beaches, while it’s a little further to a pretty harbour and an array of shops and eateries. Enjoy traditional bucket-and-spade holidays on the golden sand, exploring rock pools and crabbing at the harbour, rounding off with classic fish and chips on the seafront. If you are feeling adventurous, the beautiful coast path is an excellent way to take in the majestic Pembrokeshire coastline, and you may even spot resident seals basking in secret bays below the cliffs.

Accessed via a few shared steps and an exterior balcony, you’ll step inside to find a spacious interior laid out in an upside-down fashion with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. An entrance hall leads to a bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC, and the neighbouring master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom along with a king-size bed and bedroom furniture, plus fantastic sea views. Next, the twin bedroom has two single beds, a desk and wardrobes for handy storage. Upstairs, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is characterised by high sloping ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with patio doors. There’s a TV and CD player in the lounge along with comfortable seating and a selection of books and DVDs for your amusement. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a table with seating for six. Completing the property is an attractive bedroom with bunk beds and a desk.

Outside, the balcony has seating for al fresco dining with sea views, and there is off-road parking for two cars.

Property is great location, terrific view over the bay, but a few niggles. Fascia door fell off the dishwasher and had clearly been hung on not fixed. Only 4 chairs on the balcony for a six person property (and one of those was broken). Front door lock was stiff and rusty and very difficult to open (until I found some WD40 under the sink. Nice Finally, the property details state, parking for two cars, which isnt the case. Theres no designated parking places, so theres a free for all to fit cars in the limited space available, and definitely not sufficient room for two cars per property. Hide
