The Town House is situated in a great location just off the Esplanade, 2 minutes walk to the South beach and a short stroll into Town. The property is spacious and well presented, ideal for those larger families wishing to holiday together. Formerly used as a guest house but is completely self contained. Convenient for visiting 3 other beautiful beaches in Tenby and access on to the popular National Parks coastal path. There is a public car park just 2 minutes walk away.

WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom with king size bed, TV freeview, en suite shower/wc/whb and door leading to courtyard. Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 3 with kingsize bed, TV, en suite shower/wc/whb. Bedroom 4 with kingsize bed leading to small bedroom with 2 single sofa beds, TV, en suite shower/wc/whb, sea view from window. Stairs to 2nd floor. Bedroom 5 with kingsize bed, TV, en suite shower/wc/whb, sea view from window. Bedroom 6 with zip and link bed, TV, en suite shower/wc/whb. Bedroom 7 with double bed, TV, en suite shower/wc/whb. Courtyard with garden seating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Friday changeover. 4 pm takeover.
