It is part of a Georgian Grade II listed building currently operating as a popular bed and breakfast. Explore the quaint cobbled streets and alleyways leading into the heart of this popular seaside resort with a choice of 3 further beaches, the coastal path, bespoke shops, plus a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Open plan Lounge/dining/Kitchen with sofa bed (or single put up), TV/Freeview, DVD, electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite shower room, WC, whb. Utility cupboard with washing machine. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non-smoking. 3pm takeover.
