Overview
The Flat is a one bed dwelling offering good quality accommodation for a couple. The property has most of the modern conveniences and is light and airy. This property is situated on the periphery of Tenby with parking, and outside seating. A 5 minute drive will take you into Tenby town with a selection of shops, 4 sandy beaches, pubs, restaurants and galleries. The harbour has a selection of boat trips to both Caldey Island and many of the other islands as well as fishing trips. Many of the attractions, like Folly Farm & Zoo, Oakwood, Heatherton and within a 15 minute drive. There are many sporting attractions throughout the year, Long Course in July, Iron Wales in September and of course you can try the courses out all year around if you wish to. Access to the Coastal path is also close by covering 186 miles around our beautiful coastline.

Lounge/kitchen/dining, with comfy seating, TV/DVD, dining table and chairs. Electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave. Upstairs: Shower room, with power shower, WC, whb, heated towel rail. Bedroom 1, double bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Parking for one car. Outside: patio area to the front with seating. Rent inclusive of gas central heating and electricity. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. No smoking. 3pm takeover.
