The Coach House is a superbly presented apartment, converted in 2018 to an excellent standard, offering spacious, open plan, modern accommodation. The property has been tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, including all modern conveniences. Situated back off the main road into Tenby, it is around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Tenby and its glorious beaches. There is an enclosed patio to the side of the property with garden furniture. Close by is a small Co-op which is well stocked, parking for this property is clearly marked and offers up to 3 spaces. Tenby is set in the Pembrokeshire National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty and within easy reach is access to stunning coastal and inland scenery. Within a 20 minute drive are attractions like Folly Farm & Zoo, Heatherton Country Sports Park, Oakwood Theme Park and Manor House Zoo.

Bedroom 1, with double bed, TV, wardrobe, drawers. Spiral stairs to. Bedroom 2, mezzanine with double bed, TV, wardrobe; ensuite shower room, WC. Enclosed rear patio area, with table and chairs. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen, towels are provided. Wifi. Non-Smoking. 3pm takeover.
