St Johns Hill 14 is a superb mid-terraced cottage which has been recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard incorporating many modern ideas but keeping the character of this beautiful cottage. Most modern conveniences have been included which makes it ideal self-catering accommodation for a family holiday in Tenby. The property is located just a 5 minute walk from the North Beach and Tenby town which has a great selection of shop, restaurants and galleries. A 5 minute walk in the opposite direction there is a well stocked Co-Op store, launderette and garage. The local car parks are a 10 minute walk in both directions, although you can stop to drop off your luggage at the property. Tenby is a great base to explore the coastline on the Coastal path, take a boat trip to Caldey Island or one of the other islands to see the birdlife. There are many attractions nearby like Heatherton, Oakwood and Folly Farm and Zoo.

Lounge/diner/kitchen, comfy seating, TV/DVD. Breakfast bar and stools. Kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, microwave. Upstairs: Bedroom 1, double bed, wardrobe, drawers. Bedroom 2, children's bunk-beds. Shower room, corner shower, WC. whb. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
