This lovely terraced holiday cottage has been well furnished and equipped and is conveniently situated just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the popular seaside resort of Tenby. It is also convenient for the south beach and Tenby golf course. The patio to the rear is completely enclosed so safe for children to play. There is no parking with this property but the multi storey car park is less than a hundred yards away.

Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with feature wall fire, TV, DVD, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs to first floor: Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, whb and heated towel rail. (Please note care is needed when leaving the bathroom - steep stairs.) Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds. Cot and high-chair. Garden to patio with garden seating. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non-smoking. 4pm takeover.
