Spetchley House 2 is a ground floor holiday apartment which is part of a period Georgian house that has been tastefully converted into 5 apartments. This delightful self catering holiday apartment is situated just off The Esplanade and has a glimpse of the sea and close to Tenby's beautiful South Beach. This superb apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a view of part of the historic town walls and well presented flower beds. The apartment is equipped to a high standard and offers comfortable surroundings for 2 people. Perfectly situated for access to Tenby's many sandy beaches all within a few minutes walk, and the historic town centre with its pretty Harbour, variety of shops, restaurants and galleries. There are a number of car parks within walking distance of the property.

NOTE: Not suitable for children, infants or babies. 'Babes in arms are welcome' - please bring your own travel cot. To discuss further, please call our office for assistance before booking to bring a baby.

Communal entrance hall and stairs. Hallway leading to: Lounge, with large window and a glimpse sea views, comfy seating, TV/DVD. WiFi. Kitchen, with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave. Bedroom 1, with double bed, wardrobe. Bathroom, with bath/shower over, WC and whb. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smoking. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover. NOTE: Not suitable for children, infants or babies. 'Babes in arms are welcome' - please bring your own travel cot.
